Parenting is a universal job of  parents of all generations.It is really a well known duty and responsibility of all parents to take care of their own children on how to lead a better healthy life in all aspects.Here the parents are the well wishers and children are the seekers of available resources.Parents are the sources of valuable life lessons among all children.They are the powerful book that guides the children best all through the way . Their hardwork,persistence and determination nurtured children in a ethical way.parenting is not just about giving the children free life lessons of  what they want rather what they need in the journey plays a crucial part.Most of the parents are not being diplomatic to their own children instead suppressing their will to do any action resulting in some conflicts .They didn't understand the consequences of hurting their own children leads to depression in may ways.They should be taking care of their mental health along with the physical health as well.Most of the children nowadays are well educated compared to their parents.Parents are not aware of what their children are going through in day to day life.Every parents should know well about their children's participation in and around and their feelings of  sorrow,joy,misery,longing,excitement,fear,happiness and sadness etc.. They should not just take care of the children for the name sake ,they should read the minds of their own children,this will build interaction and connection between elder and the younger ones and solve the misleading situations.They should be more conscious of children's perspectives that align their actions. Parents are the pioneer of what this precious life is to children.They should engage in or dwell in the thoughts of future generation and give them the best possible supports to lead a prosperous life.Parenting in the sense making a good home to their children.Home in the sense not with the bricks and mortar  but with the motive of constructing a happy healthy home.This is a big asset for future generation.The job is to encourage whenever children feel low ,upheld and make mindful resources to their growth.They should let their own children to take decisons towards their passion.Their mindful support from parents is the secret key to their success.yeah, we children make mistakes but learning from mistakes is already a way thrrough success that with the help of parents not a farer one.Home is where the  parents is,so every resources we use today is because of their hardwork and we believe in them and that let believing us.
